Safe Bench Adjustment
The Infinity Bench was intentionally engineered with extended ladder knobs that provide a dedicated hand placement area during bench adjustments. When changing incline positions, always use the protruding ladder knobs to raise, lower, and guide the back pad into position.
To help prevent pinched fingers or hand injuries, do not place your fingers or hands inside the ladder mechanism during adjustment. The extended knob design was specifically created to provide a secure grip point while keeping hands clear of moving components.
