This heavy duty chopper/ cleaver features a 8" blade forged from 1084 carbon steel. The 5" full tang handle is fitted with walnut scales held with copper pins. This is the knife you want to bust up that head of cabbage or tenderloin. Nice straight shape is a pleasure to use and cuts through bone like butter. Comes with a hand stitched vegetable tanned leather sheath for safe storage.
